Today we are talking with Tara Martin, author of the books BE REAL and Cannonball In, a children's book.  I left this conversation with Tara inspired and energized to write the book that I always said I would write.  Perhaps you have a goal that you have been putting off.  Tara shares how we can free our minds to take the risks necessary to reach our goals.

We talked about how building leadership capacity and helping others to share their passions and ship their work is a way of leaving a legacy.  Think about how many people you help learn something new each day.

Today you will leave this conversation inspired and with concrete strategies for leading yourself and others toward reaching your goals.

What will your legacy be?
