The Wake Up Happy Workshop is the antidote to the rut you might have found yourself in.  It will take you from dreaming about your ideal week to taking action to live it.  You will gain the mindset and tools to tackle any daily challenge that you have. Putting you on the right path to creating a life that you love to wake up to, a life of purpose that continues to impact others for the better.

Session 1: Get Clear on What Truly Makes You Happy

In this session, we will get started on taking data about our lives.  We will figure out what parts of your week light you up and the parts of your week are draining you.  In addition,  you will learn the 6-step LEADER process that will help you reframe your mindset and give you concrete steps to help you reach your goals.

Session 2: Pinpoint Your Unique Barriers.

In this session, you pinpoint the challenge that you will solve this week and generate multiple ideas that will contribute to your final solution.

Session 3: Design Day!

In this session, you will design a concrete, detailed solution to a simple, yet pivotal problem that will allow you to wake up happy.

Have a burning question? Here are some answers.

  • Our sessions will take place in a private online meeting room.

  • It’s ideal if you attend live so that coaching is tailored for you. Each session builds to the next. You will also gain insight from others who attend the session with you. But if something comes up, recordings of each session are provided for you.

  • You will leave with a solution and action plan tailored to solving one of the pressing daily challenges that are keeping you from waking up happy each day. You will also gain mindset and action steps that will help you to reach the concrete goals that you set for yourself.

Hi, I’m Dr. Michele Schmidt Moore!

I’m an educator and a lifelong learner.  I use design thinking and experiential learning principles to create experiences that help you to take action.

I was you just a few years ago, and I had to take a pointed look at my life and my work.  I found myself stuck in a rut, pinned by the weight of something I couldn’t quite name. 

So through research and trial and error, I developed a process that allowed me to go from being frustrated, stressed, and energy-deprived educator to being a purpose-driven, creative and connected leader.
